About Jolie Meyer

After a successful career in retail management, Jolie left to pursue her childhood dream of working in technology. With a spouse and four children, Jolie reached her dream in 2012 by graduating from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems with an emphasis on Web Development.

She has worked in Advertising Technology for the entirety of her second career and has worked with many different advertising platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, SnapChat, Pinterest, and most recently as a co-founder and primary engineer for a new Amazon Advertising Platform.

Being a non-traditional student herself, Jolie is passionate about helping others to improve the lives of people and their families through technology and considers being a member of the Boot Camp family a great honor. She is proud to serve as example to women and members of the LGBTQ, that everyone has a contribution to make and everyone should be proud of who they are, no matter what walk of life they come from.

• She is the proud momma of four boys and two cats
• She is currently on her second career and has no qualms about a third or fourth
• She plays guitar and bass, and frequently codes while listening to heavy metal
